Tooth and Mouth Problems

I had a broken tooth which was causing irritation and I got it extracted 3 months back. I am still having leukoplakia on both inner cheeks. Recently I observed sharp pain on my tongue but it lasted only one day. I am worried about these white patches. Please advise. Also I do observe some soft  swollen areas inside my mouth.

Suffering with mouth dryness, soar throat, boils on the tongue and burning sensation in the abdomen.

I have had my rct done 1.5 months back. And  even after multiple sittings my lesions are just the same as they were before the rct. Is this a sign of failed root canal? I am attaching the xray reports of my tooth before any treatment.

I am having mouth ulcer with white spot on top of my mouth ( inside ) i having burning sensation while eating and difficulty in swallowing while chewing

There was a big lump in my mouth that was on my gum just under my tooth. It was very large and I thought that i would have to see a doctor but now after I've woken up the next day, the lump has disappeared and it has left some loose skin in its place. Do you know what that could have been?

I have tounge tie issue. I am 23 years old now.what are different types of procedure for the surgery and what will be the cost of surgery. Will there be any side effects. And what will be the duration of the surgery and how many days need to take rest after surgery. Please suggest me I want to undergo surgery as soon as possible . Thanks in advance.

Sir,a white spot on my lip inside from last one month,what will i do for treatment

Am feeling my tongue is getting numb, itchy all the time and especially after food. This feeling is on the side of the tongue towards the molars but there are no ulcers or sores visible. Although, on the left side there is one very small white spot which is there for 7 days without any pain. Have added the photo. Will be of great help if you can help me what is doable now? This is eating my head now.

My last molar tooth of right below jaw was extracted 5-6 years before and got pain time to time there at the gum.Now there is dull pain always.I did a CBCT scanning recently which shows enostosis (bone extension) on the second last tooth right surface.Report says enostosis can't generate pain but I am having pain may be it's growing and creating muscle pain.I have attached the report.Looking for a suggestion for the treatment.
