Without an examination and Xrays done it is impossible to diagnose. Get an Xray vale OPG and post it here so can guide you correctly.

Hi mam....
The pain may be due to wisdom teeth or carious last tooth ...
If it is due to wisdom teeth you need to undergo surgical extraction of teeth
If it is due to carious last teeth you need to undergo Root canala treatment..
OPG should be taken to check for wiadom teeth
IOPA of last tooth region should be taken to ruleout caries

This pain might be either the caries has reached the pulpal level or the third molar is exerting pressure on the tooth. So in order to procede with the treatment v need to have x ray

You may have a deep cavity that has infection the pulp of the tooth. It may require a root canal. Get an X-ray done and your dentist can do the needful
