Want to fill her center teeth gap... Is it posible without wire? Any treatment for her black gums? Any treatment?

My grandma suffers from mouth ulcers... Her cheeks lead to red.. Dr suggested biopsy of ulcers.so where should we test

Hi doc, Earlier I did not have any gaps in between my teeth. However they were slightly forward. My dentist had to remove 2 teeth(one from each side) from up and 2 from down in order to fit damon braces. After 1 year and 3 months, the gap where teeth was removed has filled. But I can see some gap in between other teeth being created newly. My doctor told new gum will get formed there which may take few months.Is that true? If yes, how many months it is expected to take? Please help.
