Vitamin b12 is 1082
Hi Doctors I had mouth ulcers yesterday and gone to a doctor and tested b12. Now in the report it says .. I have 1082... So is this a worrying factor or dangerous zone Let me be clear... I don't have any health issues except lower back pain at times Kindly assist Madhu vadlamani

Normal levels of vitamin b12 are between 200-900. Since B12 is a water soluble vitamin the excess is normally passed in urine. Higher levels of vitamin B12 are worrisome and must be investigated. Please consult a physician
