Multivitamins like becosule are helpful for maintaining general Physical health as well as integrity of the oral tissues but, contrary to common belief, they do not cure any ulcers.
Your symptoms seem to be the side effect of viral infection as well as some of the medications that you have been taking during the duration. Maintain proper oral hygiene and adequate hydration. These symptoms will get over on their own within 7 to 10 days. You can use ointments like dologel CT for temporary symptomatic relief till that time.
Regards
Hello,
you can use Dologel-CT gel over the ulcers,3-4 times daily, for 10 days and wash after 10 min.Take plenty of fruits and fresh green leafy veggies.Continue multi-vitamin tabs for 2 weeks.
