apply dologel or dentogel before food so u can eat food
Have loads of badam egg yolk n tender coconut
Musumbi n orange will help to heal

B complex can be taken once a day .. After food.. It will take time to heal.. Ulcer.. If still not feeling better.. Take twice a day after physician advice and u can apply dentogel and have food to anesthetize the area
