Mouth ulcers
Iam get frequent mouth ulcers on my tongue i.e every month . What may be the reason for this? Can you also suggest what are the vitamin deficiencies for this problem.

Better go for vitamin B capsules. Ulcers can be traumatic or by stress.

Check out if you have any gastric issues like acidity or indigestion and get it checked if required. Add a vitamin bcomplex tablet to your diet. You can take some probiotic as well. Stress can also cause repeated ulcers.

If you are getting ulcers frequently on your tongue may be one of your tooth is very sharp and when your tongue is touching the tooth your getting ulcers. You may have vitamin b deficiency also . Kindly visit your nearby dentist so that if the tooth us sharp they will round it off and will give a permanent solution
