Mouth ulcer
Hi sir or mam.. I got a mouth ulcer burning sensation on tounge  since 4 to 5 days.. I was using dologel ct and neurobion forte tablet...since today.. May I know how many days ulcer get to heal. Plz let me know.. Y the reason ulcer come.. Vitamin B12 low or what Actually I have a vitamin B12 low since last 4 month back...77/pg ml.. Normal range how much may I know. This is report Plz let me

Hi Ulcer is break  in the continuity of oral epithelium Causes of ulcer: **Stress and anxiety **Vit B 12 Deficiency **Iron deficiency anemia **Trauma **Injury from sharp cusps **Viral infections Usually ulcer will take 1 to  2 weeks to heal As per your  blood investigation it seems vit B12 looks very low.....
Health Tips
Have wome green vegetables,curd milk...Avoid spicy foods....vit B 12 is rich in non veg diet....Drink plenty of water.. Have enough sleep...Avoid stress and anxiety.... Continue applying Dologel CT....a
