Hi sir...    you have soft and  hard deposits( plaque and calculus) which gives bad smell... You need to go for scaling polishing(cleaning) by dentists.. Eventhough you brush regularly there is always some inaccesible areas in our mouth in there food particles accumalate and gives you bad breathe

Hi there I feel the question is incomplete but will try to answer. I feel you have plaque and tartar accumulated and this over a period of time will give smell. This accumulation happens because of food being deposited on the tooth layer by layer.
