I have a problem like that i have half cold and high tonsillits are here so what i do to remove my problem plezz ask me

I am having gum bleeding for years. I am using good tooth paste and soft brushes. No plaque around the teeth. My teeth are white and clear. Only bleeding make them dirt. No family history of bleed. Good blood clotting efficiency. Bleeding spot change from one spot to other. I am working in night shift currently. Please let me know the possibility of cause.
