Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am having pan masala from last 4 years and i am left with only 2finger opening. Please suggest me what to do.

Is tonsil on only one side something normal ? I went to doctor i had some candidiasis on my tongue he said it's nothing to worry ? Is it really ok .
