Mucocele or cyst
Retention cyst or mucocele . It was removed with the help of surgery but after one month it came back. Doctors says that it has to done again.

Hello sir! Mucoceles arise in the minor salivary glands as the result of mechanical damage to the gland/duct. The common site is the lower lip. Recurrence may occur if the salivary duct is not properly removed or when adjacent glands are damaged. Management of recurrent mucoceles: 1. Surgical excision 2. Cryosurgery 3. CO2 laser 4. Electrocautery

One of my earlier answers was on the same. The chances of it occurring again are always there. Can’t totally eliminate that small risk.
