I have a history of chewing tobacco for last 3 years. I have quit tobacco since 2 months. I have developed a soft lump inside my cheek. I got this lump checked by a dentist 1 month ago who told me that I need not worry. The lump has neither grown in size nor reduced. It is still there since 1 month.
