I had gap in my front teeth from birth, I put braces when I was 15 and it was closed again now it is coming back, and the gap is too large that I am not sure my teeth s decaying or the gum colour change s there between the teeth, it is not on the teeth, it's on the gum. I want to know it is decay or the gap is causing Discoloration for the gum

I have fordyce spot both inner cheek .. is there any treatment for that to remove the spot ... and whom to consult
