Tooth and Mouth Problems

I often get weird patches on my tongue. Sometimes painful at the corners and middle of the tongue. Looks like tongue skin is peeling. My father have hypo thyriod and mother is diabetic. I feel exhausted sometimes and despite walking 7 to 10000 steps daily, I am getting fat around belly, thighs, face and neck. My diet is normal home cooked food ie. 2 to 3 rotis with dal or sabzi.

One of my molar had gone through RCT 1 year back because of nerve exposure. Now, suddenly I started feeling pain and sensations in my jawline, ears and headache as well. What could be the reason for this? Should I see a dentist?

I have spaces between front upper 4 teeths . Please suggest a fast and non destructive treatment for the same .

! I'm Samuvel  I put braces 3days ago..I had a operation in my chin little crack kept plate there almost 6yrs ago now i had little pain in the place.. before I don't have pain in there .. Just like the pain come from starting stages of wearing braces???

I got permanent filling done in RCT 3 days back. After that, my pain is increasing day by day & gums of that side swallon. Even after, pain killer, pain is only reducing from very severe to severe. Pain killer's impact is lasting only 2-3 hours.
