Regarding second molar extraction
If second molar is extracted and already wisdom teeth has formed so whether my wisdom teeth will replace my second molar place or gaps will be formed in the lower jaw? So which method is more preferable. I already had rct and they said the other part of tooth is broken! And one more option is cutting the broken part and keeping a cap so which will be good choice do help me

Long term solution will be to get second molar removed and get an implant done there

Keeping Second molar will definitely be a better option as you can never be so sure whether wisdom will take its space or not. For further details,please attach a X-ray
