It's the wisdom tooth.
Visit a Dentist and get an X ray done of that tooth.
If needed, operculectomy ( removal of tissue over the tooth)
Or entire tooth removal may be suggested.
Till that time you can do warm saline rinses (warm water + spoon of table salt) or use a mouth wash

last molar appears between the age of 17 to 21, so if u are 28 yrs old , it must be impacted third molar causing the pain , you need to get it extracted. just go for xray for the complete daignosis
