Hello sir! From your history it seems to be a peri coronal infection. It is the inflammation of gum tissue surrounding the crown portion of a tooth. It usually affects the third molar- wisdom tooth. The dentist will examine the wisdom tooth and take x-ray to look at the alignment of your tooth and will design the treatment plan. The area should he cleaned thoroughly, any food debris should be removed and pus will be drained.
Next Steps
kindly visit your dentist as soon as possible
Health Tips
Warm salt water rinse can help.

Get an X-ray done and see a dentist, the wisdom tooth that is trying to erupt in the mouth may have to be extracted.

It appears to be a pericoronitis. When wisdom tooth starts to erupt, in some cases it causes infection around the tooth. Sometimes it is painful with pus discharge. I recommend you to get a x Ray done to see if the tooth is erupting straight. If not erupting straight then it needs to be extracted.
Next Steps
Start taking amoxycillin 500 mg twice daily after food for 5 days for the infection to come down.
