I am suffering from tooth pain plz suggest me which is the best, yearly once it will be the same, plz give me permanent solution

I need a doctor who can do home visits for my grandmother's removal of teeth. She is in her 80s and obese and she cannot walk around because of age... taking her in wheelchair to visit a doctor requires 4 person's assistance. And she has to urinate in every 30 min. My self charan near my wisdom teeth i am getting pain and noticed that some white patchs i am worried now what to do

Dentist said its because of tooth infection, removed tooth, then said might be stone, now says some kinda abscess. Who would be the right Doctor to consult.

One of my wisdom tooth is decayed and upon consultation with dentist, she suggested to go for extraction procedure. Well this is normal but on second opinion from other dentist she suggested to remove upper wisdom tooth also. The reason she suggested so because after removal of lower tooth it might be touching lower portion of gum which might eventually cause problem(Technically speaking occlusion issue I guess) I am not sure what to do now. Both are pretty experienced docs of 18 to 20 yrs. One doc didn't say anything on this and another told to remove both. NEED HELP...!!!

Getting pain due to wisdom tooth on the right side. It's little visible but the pain is huge. Please tell me what yo do ?

My mouth smells bad always, whenever I go to college, wake up or eat anything, it always have a bad odour. I feel very shameful because of this. I brush twice a day, drink water but still there's no difference.
