My mother has cavities on top of that the same gum is swelling and then getting back to normal after having sweets. Then again get swell ..so this is continuously happening.
Once she had so much pain that we decided to go to dentist and get the tooth removed but doctor said to get it x-ray , after X Ray doctor suggested that is only pulse don't remove it..so they gave medicine and it healed in sometime..but now she is facing this problem .kindly suggest something.

either gum or the adjacent tooth is infected . if tooth it needs a root canal and if gum then currettage may be required .home remedies will not solve it
