Some reddish thing inside part of my lip
From 2 days I was feeling something as like when the skin gets burn after drinking very hot drink. Today I saw this reddish layer inside part of my lips. What is this?

You have injured that area when you had something hot earlier. Avoid hot and spicy food for a few days. Apply dologel or hexigel on the affected area

It’s the aftermath of drinking the hot drink. Most probably.
Burns on soft parts of mouth appear red or with mild whites coverings and later slowly heal.
Next Steps
If it’s painful apply zytee or mucopain . Else just keep it clean and it will heal.
