Bleeding while passing motion with pain in anal area since last 25 days using Anovate cream and sitz bath twice a day with fitcary no improvement yet. Also using lactoloose serus as per Dr. Consultation.

I have constant diarrhoea and if i drink water then stomach pain starts and i need to go to use washroom where diarrhoea occurs. When will i become better and do I need to get on medication?
