It is better to know the cause of loose motions. Most loose motions do not require much interventions, but when required we have to treat as per diagnosis . Fluid replacement should be accurate and with recommended solutes only. Do not take anti biotics unnecessarily

You need to replace the body volume with ORS and other fluids including juices,water if you can.If you can not tolerate the oral fluids, consider going to a hospital/centre for intravenous fluids.

U can consume  it orally lemonade electoral powder buttermilk curd. OR GO FOR  IV FLUID  IN EMERGENCY. LATER SUPRADYNE ONE IN NIGHT AFTER DINNER FOR 3 WEEKS.
