Hi,
Proper evaluation and personalised advice are needed for your concern. A detailed consultation would be best to provide accurate guidance.
Feel free to consult me for further assistance.
Hello. Your symptoms of sour taste in the mouth, stomach discomfort, loose stools, dry cough and weakness may be related to several causes, including acidity/reflux, a stomach infection, dietary changes during travel, sleep deprivation, or other medical conditions. It is not possible to determine the exact cause through a brief online query alone.
I would recommend a detailed consultation with a physician, who can review your medical history, recent food and water intake, current medications, alcohol and tobacco use, and assess whether any investigations or treatment are required.
In the meantime, stay well hydrated, avoid alcohol and smoking, eat light meals, and try to get adequate rest.
Please seek urgent medical attention if you develop high fever, persistent vomiting, blood in stools, black stools, severe abdominal pain, chest pain, breathing difficulty, marked dehydration, or worsening weakness.
If you would like, you may book a consultation and provide additional details such as the number of loose stools per day, duration of symptoms, fever status, abdominal pain location, and any past medical conditions, so that a more accurate assessment can be made.
