Having severe motions and stomach pains today. Stomach has been upset for 4-5 days now. Ate a plate of pani puri 4-5 days ago and it has been upset ever since.

Tab drotin 40 mg twice a day after food for 2 days.
Tab razo d once morning before food for 5 days
Syp. Sucrafil o twice a day before food for 5 days.
