Stomach upset for 4-5 days
Having severe motions and stomach pains today. Stomach has been upset for 4-5 days now. Ate a plate of pani puri 4-5 days ago and it has been upset ever since.

Take ors and econorm sachet twice a day for 5days... If your symptoms have worsened please consult with your nearest physician to get your vitals checked and for course of antibiotics

Take ors and light food,if no fever and symptoms are gradually improving.
If symptoms have worsened antibiotics will be needed.please consult for same

Hi., I can understand your concern.
As you said, can be due to Gastritis.
Will be fine with medicine.
Take
Tab drotin 40 mg twice a day after food for 2 days.
Tab razo d once morning before food for 5 days
Syp. Sucrafil o twice a day before food for 5 days.

avoid oily spicy processed and outside food items.
