Hi I am taking good protein rich veg diet including moong , rice ,roti, whey protein with fibre rich veggies but i am feeling bloated and facing gas issues. Not able to fix the problem please help

NEXPRO RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR TEN DAYS.  MUCAIN GEL10 ML WITHOUT WATER NOTHING BY MOUTH TILL 30MIN CAN BE USED 3 TIMES  SPECIALLY  WHEN U BLOT.

Too much protein also causes bloating. U need to have a balanced diet with some increased amount of protein if u want. Have fibrous diet. And adequate water.
