Hii um suffering from stomach pain I did a Mri pelvis it shows Bilobed cystic Convoluted lesions appearing on t2 weighted images And hyperintence on t1 weighted images showing fluid- fluid levels is seen adhered to the left ovary as well as serosal aspect of the uterine fundus. This most likely suggestve of hematisalpinx . Right polycystic ovarin morphology..

Pain in lower left abdomen region since 6 weeks along with bone pain and radiation of pain to back side. He has undergone bladder tumor surgery 5 years back and was on mass gainer protein since 4 months and undergone cystoscopy since 1 month back. Pain is so severe that he is unable to stand or sit for long tym. From last 2 weeks irritable rashes are also present which subside on it's own. He was on antibiotic for 15 days but stomach pain is present with sometime constipation and  diaorrhea .

RUQ pain with bloating. Normal blood work. Normal ultrasound, no gall stones. Endoscopy revealed 11 large erosions with thin membrane. Path for samples still pending. Any thoughts what this could be?

She has stomach pain and muscle spasms for the last 2 days stool (3 time yesterday )is normal no loos motion. She had taken meftal spas tab last night but didn't get any relief. Please advise.

My mom age 52 done ultrasound. It shows the is a small defect noted at umbilicus measuring 2cms with herniation of omentum and grade 1 fatty liver. Any problem of hernia?
