Sir I always suffering from constipation .I take some medicine after cunsult doctor .after 15 days again Start same problem During constipation I donot speak long time. Sir, what is reason behind it . please give me good advice.

Hi Sir/mam, I had bleeding while passing motion for one or 2 days. Then it is fine. Felt some pain while sitting for few months back. Now it's better. But in posterior region of anus opening I can feel very small pointed thing, feels itchy while touching, and when I press that area feels little hard and pains rarely. Rarely I have constipation and bleeding while passing motion.

I can't eat oily foods when I eat oily foods my stomach gets  gas and I feel like vomiting , feel same in the morning while brushing teeth and my back pain sometimes and in left side of the chest

Facing stomach aches almost everyday it is a gastro issue have taken meds but it comes back again what is the further steps the scans have come clean with no issues. Kindly suggest
