I get blood in stool mixed with mucus sometimes happens in 4-5months sometimes what is the cause can it be serious

My physical test comes near, so I want to know that,can I run 5 km during chronic GERD and h.pylori infection?

I have taken a 4D scan in that it is mentioned as moderately distended gallbladder with no demonstrable gall stones is it a problem

Plz tell me did i have ibd i am having lower abdomen pain since last 10 months no bleeding only abdominal pain i did ultrasound 4 times its normal and my ct report attached below my doctor gave me ibset for 1 months it helps but pain not goes completely my cbc also normal and upper endoscopy is also normal plz tell me what it could be

Recently did ultrasonography of my mother. She is having mild hepatomegaly. Earlier had diarrhea and now is having cramps sometimes around the belly button. Kindly suggest. Her lft report is normal when conducted 2 months back.

Sir mucus comes in my stool whenever i go in toilet from past 3 or 4 years but now i have to go toilet after eating food instantly 2 or 3 times what problem im suffering from and if i pressed some parts of my stomach i feel mild pain and some parts of stomach feels hard and i have constipation too since last 4 or 5 years is this because of ibs
