What is the test to find disease accurately in small intestine other than CECT pelvic and abdomen.

Getting stomach pain on the left side below stomach near abdomin whenever he eat non veg r any spicy food.. same if he walk too much r play too much.. what might be cause.. if he eat curd rice no issues.. previous he was diagnosed with kidney stones now its cured as per ct scan.. what might be causing this problem now..? I have had bloating and mild stomach ache 15 days ago. I was preascribed antibiotics and pain killers. I got relieved from bloating but I still feel little discomfort on left side of my stomach. Sometimes it radiates to the back. It's extremely mild.
