Stomach Problems & Remedies

Namaste Doctor, I am having loose motions since yesterday and i had also vomiting twice yesterday. Now, i have only loose stools. It appeared after i had taken some outside food day before yesterday and due to severe gas or acidity issues. Today, I have taken Rabemac dsr in the morning and one dose of O2 tablet along with Novobiotic capsules after food. Please let me know how many days should i continue both the tablets as i am confused whether it's taken for 3 days or 5 days. Is it IBS as i frequently get stress alot ? Please advise me accordingly. Dear Team, Till 2019 end to March 2020 my weight was 55-57 KGs so as per my height which is (5'11 FT) I was underweight but then I started following home diet and medium intensity exercise then I had gain 8-9 KGs but now because of busy office life and busy schedule I lost 5-6 KGs. But now again I want to start high intensity workout and follow diet as well but now because I need to increase my calories I need supplement, My question is that is Whey protein is good for my health?? and is my lever can absorb that pretty well, sometimes I have face gas and bloating issues, and my as per I have know my lever from childhood I have a problem of digest spicy and oily foods so is consume whey protein is good for my health??? And if YES so which precautions I need to take to avoid any digestion, gas and bloating and any serious lever damage or failure issues??? And if No please provide me any alternatives of it?? I am 29 years old and  married. I feel slight pain in my right side stomach and also near navel but not in lower part. The pain is bearable and goes within 5-7 minutes. I'm feeling that I'm gaining weight faster than before.

For last 2 to 3 days have not felt hungry but felt exhausted. Not getting proper sleep. Disgusted towards having non veg, only feel like having sweet. Don't feel like eating at all, feeling pukish all day. Urine might be a slight bit yellow, more than usual.

What is effective long term solution for acid reflux. I am eating less portions and drinking little water after meal to avoid reflux but still i get heartburn some times. gi endoscopy i had done, there also nothing was of concern. Please suggest some medication for longterm.

After taking food, I get severe toothache on right side, right side temple, back of right side neck, right side head. My stool is pitch black. After applying icepack on on right side cheek, right side temple, right side head and right side of back of neck, I get relief. Also simultaneous taking kemon juice also helps. If I eat non veg food then severity is sometimes unbearable. This problem started 20 days back. Please advise whether it can no cured by diet or prescribe OTC medication.

I feel like pain in chest and back. And I have allergic rhinitis and stomach problems like acidity.i have done all ecg, chest x-ray, 2d echo and all are normal but why my left chest is paining. Does acidity cause high pulse rate.

I vomit whenever I am having some excess quantity in case or may be some certain food types. My eating habit is that , I don't usually have breakfast or have it rarely. I stay home away so majority of my meal includes either fast food or processed food. Please help me in getting medications

My father (75 years old) having some pain in stomach regularly these days (on sides of stomach). Consulted general physician, few tests done like Abdomin scanning, LFT, lipid profile, Hba1c etc. All are normal except one thing mentioned in the scanning report that he has Grade 2 fatty liver. Doctor just gave some syrup to take before food (I think for acidity and gas) and advised to take food on time and take medicine for constipation if required and suggested to consult Gastroenterologist if the problem repeats (to see if Endoscopy is required). Problem is repeating now and I am looking for advice. Please help. My father is diabetic, but under control ( Hba1c 6.1).

My brother has acute pancreatitis. Despite following a proper diet he recently us facing a lot of issues such as gas, bloating, pain, nausea etc. He is not able to eat anything and if he eats he feels nausea and sometimes vomits it out. He hasn't passes stool since 2 days despite having enough fluids. He id feeling uneasy , bloated and pain is persistent. He is pure vegetarian and neither drinks nor smokes. How can i help him feel better.
