Suffering from several time loose motion with little stomach upset since morning..taken o2 tablet twice but got no cure..age is 38 years..no other symptoms and medication

I am having gastric pain in upper abdomen.. gripping pain .. can you suggest any pain killer for immediate relief..had my gall bladder removed 3 years back. Had some heavy food yesterday and today. Thank you.

Hello Doctors - My Doctor had prescribed Nexpro 40 to be taken for 4-6 weeks but I realized  my pharmacist gave me Nexpro RD 40 instead of Nexpro 40 which I have already taken for 9 days. Is it ok to continue taking Nexpro RD 40 or switch to Nexpro 40 which my Doctor had prescribed earlier. My Doctor is not available for 3-4 days and therefore unable to consult him now but he mentioned not to miss any doses of the medicine hence the urgency in knowing this. Kindly help.

Hello my name is subhajit Chakraborty  I have been diagnosed with SGPT(ALT)  test level 56 . Not able to eat anything having massive vomiting tendencies and even puking  while wearing . Cannot eat non veg properly . Am eating only rice with papaya, oats and liquid. Eating fruits and all . I am willing to consult a doctor regarding my problem. I am literally scared about my condition due to which am not able to sleep .
