Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hello Doctor After covid I was effected by the so many Gastric problems like food reflux, excessive gas , bloating, burping and anxiety. And I have consulted a doctor and I've gone for endoscopy and abdominal scanning. These are normal. Later he gave me levosulpride, rekool 40 and an antacid. It was good when I'm using the tablets. It's almost 3months and now I have stopped taking tablets from 2 days,again the same problem is started. So please help me with this, what to I do, do I need to go for any tests or is it leads to any surgery?

I have problem with my stomach.It is always bloated.pain in right loin area,pain/discomfort in left side of stomach and chest this is for last two years. Taken medicine pan 40,rabsec d homeopathy medicine, ayurvedic medicines.but of no use. Please advice. Thanks and regards

I've been detected with H Pylori ~45 days back. Symptoms are sore throat & cough. Doctor recommended Probiotics for 3 weeks & then switched to antiBiotics (Pantocid HP / recommended for 14 days). I'm at day 8 of antibiotic but no relieve/same symptoms. What is wrong?

Does abdominal discomfort and back pain is only reason of pancreatitis..? This type of pain occur constantly..?
