Recently i have shown my case to MS surgeon for fissure problem ,after evaluating he said that you have fissure at 6 &12 o'clock and grade 1 external haemorrhoids , so to get rid of it he suggested laser operation . I don't want to do that I have this issue since two- three month , its not consistent but reoccurring Now i dont have any bleeding after motion but itching and little swelling is there I have used daflon tablet and anobliss onitment but not complete cure Can I use nitroglycerin onitment for fissur healings and itching relief ?
