I got my gall bladder removed by laparoscopy 4 days back. Can I take glutathione and vitamin c effervescent tablets ?

Specially at night after eating having burping with mild chest pain relieved by burping. Done endoscopy and ultrasound reports are normal. Taking pan d.before that taken nexpro l plush acogut,sucral syrup.got relief then again started after 1 month.no spicy food no oily or junk food no dairy products I take.still I m having.

Periods time stomach paining plus overbleeing and 17days once periods happening so I need to know why this happening

My child after every two days start vomiting when ever he vomitis we give him ondem syrup then its become OK but after two days again start same

In 2019 I was suffering from acid reflux, then I started medication. After some time I was feeling better. But this issue is coming in between & when I start to take precautions It go away. Since a year before I was facing Constant & food flavoured burping (whatever I ate burp smells comes of it for atleast 1 hr). But I had consulted with doctor & had some medications (Reabequick-D & Ethonil-B) & burps are controlled. When I start eating, after sometime I start burping. I have read some articles on GERD & Barret esophagus. After that I am feeling very anxious & very fearful thinking this may be serious/fatal issues & getting stressed. In Jan -20 I had endoscopy but nothing was found. Request you to please guide if anything serious. I am have fearing of cancer due to this.

I am worried as hell i never got this problem before ever in my life i am freaking out i woke up in the morning i farted but there was mucus that came out with it that was uncontrollable i feel like passing fart or stool i only pass little bit or mucus and a bit blood very small blood i eat alot from outside I don't know what to do infact 4 months ago i have also done my blood urine and stool test which came back clear is it serious

There is mostly pain in lower abdomen area and sometimes above belly also...pain feels like cramps..and sometimes a sharp needled pain that feels like a current...constipation sometimes.. All these problems have started when i had antibiotics for almost 2 months for UTI and PID ..went through ultrasound but everything is clear...and tvs ultrasound also... But still there is bloating...sometimes constipation and pain in abdomen also.

Lft report. Please suggest if there is anything to worry. I believe that sgot and sgpt is high. What to do ?
