Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have been getting oily stool from about 3 months. Its not regular its on and off like once in 7 days or sometimes ones in 15 days. While wiping anus i see oil like substance. Also when my stomach is empty it make noises and growls too much and causes discomfort. Please help what is this. I am stressed too much due to this. Is this something serious. My baby about one year and 6 month old has pass black color stool occasionally, he is active and playful. What are the causes of black color stool.
