I am having stomache, feeling like indigestion and loose motion and feeling feverish please help case of stomach infection

Due to pandemic, it's not possible to reach our doctor and it seems my stomach ulcer is again making me pain. So, what should I do? Is it fine to continue previous medication.

I have a history of digestion problems since childhood. Recently I had got gastric and burning sensation passing stool. So I started eating from time to time properly so the gastric problem went away. But now I got rotational shift job from 10 PM to 7AM for two weeks hence what I did was in-between 2am I eat something like fruits and sleep at 7 am get up at 9Am and eat breakfast as in my home they don't make breakfast early. And sleep again at 10 AM and get up at 2PM have lunch this is my routine... But what is the issue is that my stomach keeps making sounds in night it doesn't seem serious..and in morning also sometimes after eating sounds + a lil bit constipation sometimes. What to do.I really don't know how to survive these night shift and I have sensitive stomach too. Please advise..

Doctor has diagnosed me old healed fissure.i wants to know what does it means.he told me surgery is not necessary.

Having cold and dry cough. Cough gets worse by night time. Vomitting from 5 days every night. Little headache also. Taking cough syrup and anti allergic plus anti biotic med, but not helping much. Stopped taking meals in night time also but still same problem. Please suggest what is to be done?
