I eat spicy or fry or dairy at night after next morning I feel acidity and back pain and muscles pain in chest for 1 to 2 day after next morning breakfast

Am here again Dr, I have been suffering from the plains for 6months now. Please which medicine can heal me,am now using some medicine called pantoprazole it is good for me?

I am suffering gastro issues and I am taking medicines for that. Recently due to gas my pulse rate gone 133 and I had to rush to the hospital. I get panic also. What will be my proper cure? My ECG is normal.

My gall bladder was removed in July. But after laparoscopic procedure i am facing some persistent symptoms 1. Recurrence of diarrhoea and constipation 2. weakness, as my weight is not increased , I have doubt it can decrease Are these common symptoms? I mean it has been 3 months. Please suggest me.

I was feeling symptoms like unable to take deep breath and chest and upper back pain. Done endoscopy and blood tests and it came as acid reflux and hpylori. While taking antibiotics  for hpylori I felt really good for a month around but it started again and I am not able to breathe even after drinking water. Changed my diet alot and eating saatvik food.. Avoiding gluten, dairy, spicy, oily and sugar.. still it's not helping... What could be the reason.. happening continuosly since around a month again.. Please help.

Am suffering from stomach pains and I did endoscopy and they confirm that,am having lax les and gastritis but there was no H.pylori. The symptoms are;severe pains in the upper abdomen,loss of weight and sometimes running (watery toilet). It all started when when I took some multivitamin capsules for gym exercise.pls help because am suffering.

I'm suffering from Heartburn from 2018. I did endoscopy and Sonography in 2019 but No ulcers or H Pylori found. After that I'm taking Pantoprazole 20 before meals in the gap of 5-6 days and Mucaine Gel SOS. I have also consulted local doctors but no benefits. I'm looking for a doctor who can treat this Condition.

I have gastic problem for past 2-3 years and even ate fast food sometimes as well. Past 1 month i was taking lunch at client place at restaurant. Yesterday in the morning when i went for fresh up i saw redness might be blood in my potty and till now whenever i went for fresh n up that redness still comes out. I have been suffering from severe gastritis (sever burpings all thru the day with extreme discomfort, feels like vomitting sometimes) for the past one month and started taking nexpro IT twice a day for the past 4 days (recomme ded for 2 weeks). I took the same nexpro IT once a day for 7 days before switching to twice a day. I have not seen a major difference yet. Is something seriously wrong with my digestive system? I'm scared of endoscopy test to be honest!
