I had covid in may from then I have acidity problem in every week I had to face this problem n it's more than 4 months n I had done sonography also in that acute gastritis has came so suggest me what can I do

My brother was having stomach related issues since last 2 months around. He was taking medicines as well and we have done endoscopy also but results were fine. There was no issue. Some days ago problem was almost gone but now since 3-4 days he is feeling again low. He feels like gas in stomach and headache as well. We consult a doctor and he gave medicines and put some injection as well because at that time he had fever also but there is no benefits. Kindly suggest what we can do here doctor?

Hi I'm 25 male I have extreme nausea , no vomitting but nausea is a lot with lot of hyper salivation , no other symptoms but the nausea is distressing What should I do

I have been having these pain which is sharp and comes and goes from the last 15 days now in my left side of the abdomen. I did my urine test and it had presence of 3-5 hpf pus cells and calcium oxalate and hence I decided to get an ultrasound after consulting an urologist. The report however stated that the visualised large bowel loops show significant circumferential mucous edematous change which are features of acute colitis change. On seeing the report my urologist referred me to a gastroenterologist who gave me medicines for gastritis and wait for 10 days and said not colitis since I neither have diarrhea nor blood in stool. But I feel mildly constipated since last few days and then in checked my symptoms in Google and lost my mind when I found colon cancer also has abdominal pain as symptoms. I am scared now because I don't understand what the USG report said.

My SGPT on 26th Aug 2021 was 64 as suggested by doctor I took Udiliv 300mg 2 times a day. Took test on 16th Sept 2021, SGPT was 116, continued same medicine. To LFT test on 12th Oct 2021, SGPT 114 & SGOT 67, rest all reports are normal. What should I do.

I take medicine rekool 40d for last 6days...prior to this 25days ago I feel that there is pain in my upper abdomen for very few second for some days.. For thatci consult with a doctor in practo.. And maam refer me to take medicine for 30days rekool d 40 and the pain is not their.

Sir last 1 week i have loose stool (not watery but like a paste)  sometimes pale and sometimes Dark brown. 2 to 4 times day i goes to washroom . If i eat oily Things like Poori n all. i have an Dark brown stool. No pain in stomach. Also i feels blurry vision and sometimes shortness in breathing. and sometimes when i breathe pain in stomach(sometimes) . what can i do Sir?
