When ever I eat fruits like apple watermelon or mosammi juice..my stomach aches for 20 mints with lots of sweat...and than normalizes after that...what could that be

According to my USG report, "Thickened multiple bowel loops with ascites are seen in abdomen." And my hemoglobin is 8 gram.

I have been getting oily stool from about 3 months. Its not regular its on and off like once in 7 days or sometimes ones in 15 days. While wiping anus i see oil like substance.
