Ear popping or crackling sound comes whole burping and releasing air through ear can it caused by gastric issues.

I have been feeling some pain/uneasiness just below my rib cage on the left side. And my stool has been different. There are some small shredded stool pieces floating.

I got my gallbladder removed in month of Feb 21. Since 4days I have started feeling pain my upper abdomen specially on right side. Took paid consultation and also taking medicines prescribed. But I don't see any improvment. When I am sitting, I don't notice any pain. But when I am doing some work or working, I get shooting pain on right side. I am really concerned of this.
