I have been feeling some pain/uneasiness just below my rib cage on the left side. And my stool has been different. There are some small shredded stool pieces floating.

I got my gallbladder removed in month of Feb 21. Since 4days I have started feeling pain my upper abdomen specially on right side. Took paid consultation and also taking medicines prescribed. But I don't see any improvment. When I am sitting, I don't notice any pain. But when I am doing some work or working, I get shooting pain on right side. I am really concerned of this. Please suggest.

After regular blood test we found this kind of lft result... is it ok?? Is the albumin is ok as the a/g ratio is low...one year earlier we got the same value... except albumin it was then 4.1

Hello Doctor. My daughter who is 4.5 years old, weight 20 kg has lots of gas and abdominal pain due to gas on and off. She's lactose intolerant so there's no addition of dairy in her food. She eats home food only. She has been suffering from a lot of gas lately. He poop is yellow mostly. Not soft. Seems ok. Sometimes slightly pale but not white. I don't see too many undigested veg in her stool either. She takes egg and other normal veg food. Her gas seems to increase with dal I'm guessing. Feels like she digests slowly. Can I give her a digestive enzyme? Gripe water seems to relieve her. Is this normal? How do I help with gas.. please let me know your thoughts. The abdominal pain on and off is worrying. We did a usg a few years back. She was fine. She had been to a paed gastro as well. Please help. I'm worried she may start losing weight. She was 21.4 but list weight a few months back due to mild diarrhea. Was on rifaximin nizonide and probiotics. She active otherwise.
