Unable to understand the report...this report is of my father...he have minor pain in their lower abdomen and also swelling in their gonadal region

Hi, I was diagnosed with acute pancreatitis induced by gallstones so I went under gallbladder removal surgery on 19/10/2020. Post surgery, I always have some symptoms related to pancreatitis such as no weight gain, weeknees in legs but no pain in stomach. I am doing fine now days and having a good life style. I am planning for a routine checkup including MRCP test to access my pancreas status. I need suggestions if MRCP test can be done and is safe post gallbladder surgery.

I am diagnosed with antral h pylori infection. I am not sure how i got it. Question 1: My father has ileostomy and i keep emptying his bag, attaching new bag etc. Is it possible that i got it from him? is h pylori airborne? Question2: can i get reinfected(since i dont know if my father has h pylori) after complete eradication of h pylori? How to prevent re-infection?

My mother has fever 102/103...her typhoid test report shows igm reactive and igg non reactive...is that mean she has typhoid or not?pls suggest

At the start of august, I had intense pain in my right flank region. I went for a ultrasound and was diagnosed with mild hydronephrosis in the right kidney(pain also same side) and a gallstone in the gallbladder. So was the pain becausr of hydronephrosis or gallstone. I didnt have any more instance of pain since 3 months. Also I went for a secobd ultrasound 2 months ago and hydronephrosis has went away.

An laproscopy for appendicitis was performed on me a week ago. Yesterday while dressing I stretched my left leg and suddenly I had worse pains like appendicitis pains I lay myself on the Bed and could not move my hips for 2 hours. After that the pain went abit. Next day I showed myself to doctor who did the operation before. He pressed my tummy and it hurt in left side along the groin. But he said it must be a mechanical pain I got. He anyway prescribed antibiotics and painkillers for 5 days. Could this be serious? Today (2 days after) I am still having a small pain on my right lower like appendicitis pain on/off. What should I do? Or is it to early to do anything?

Doctor, If overweight cause LES to weak, will the problem go away after losing weight? Please help, doctor.

Can we use prokinetic agent tablets for strengthening LES. Any serious side effects for that. Please prescribe any safe prokinetic agent tablet I am suffering from gerd.

Can it be lowered. Which speciality should I consult... I have pain at right sided rib area. Please suggest me briefly.

I am male 23 year old on 29th october  i had eaten Idli and on 30th i had chicken  at night and leftover chicken i had on next day lunch,but after that i had foul burps gas problem loose motions at night. I had one tab of metrogyl 400 at night and next day everything was fine but now problem starts again after one day  with addition of headache as symptom. What medicine should i eat. Please tell me
