7 days ago bright red blood from anus due to hard stool . but after 2 days  feeling of needle like something  there while pooping dark blood is coming . no pain now but feels somthing there obstructing stool . is it fissure or piles

Gerd .. taking pangates and sucaine for a month.. pls advise on foods to be taken.. can't keep on taking same type of food always.. example i take only curd to avoid spice.. kindly advise a food chart..

Generally i have to poop 2-3 time in morning. Approx times are 8 AM, 10.00 AM, 11.30 AM. I am not facing diarrhoea or constipation. My poop is well and fine, still 2-3 times a day. I am facing huge problem due to this in my job, also i feel embarrassed. It may sound a small issue.. but it has impacted me a lot... Even mentally.. Please Please please help. I try to drink lukewarm water in morning everyday.. but it doesn't help..

Dr. This is my endoscopy results. ESOPHAGUS: Lax Les with erythema of distal oesophageal mucosa. STOMACH: There's mucosal erythema of the antrum and body seen. DUODENUM: Normal up to 2nd part. Hi - I'm facing stomach issue and doctor has prescribed me Ciplox OZ along with some digestive enzymes. Now I'm having bad toothache with stomach issue, is it ok if I can take Ketrol with Ciplox OZ ?
