Stomach Problems & Remedies

From early morning, Stomach pain seems circulating, 2 times loose motion and once vomiting water only sour taste.

Doctor, can normal (P/A) chest x-ray show esophagus tumor/cancer? Please answer this question, doctor.

Last one month I have indigestion problem, bloating, gassy, floating stool, constipation and diahrea, dizziness etc come and go. Currently iam in UAE. I can't eat spicy food it will burn my stomach. Last one month Iam suffering from this. Is it a serious problem?

Recently I Positive H pylori , Can I take Esomeprozle 40, Domperidone -30 mg , Clarithromycin 500mg , Doxy - 1 LDR Forte  Together ? Any it will be safe or any adverse intereaction ? Between those medicines ??

I was having excessive burping and food reflex to my mouth got my endoscopy done and report is attached doctor has  prescribed mr medicines please tell if I will be fine with medicines course and if reports are fine

Hlo.. why pain from esophagus is like that of heart? Since 2 days I have been in Terrible chest discomfort, suffocation radiating to my back. left arm throat N jaw.. first ecg done on Saturday n second yesterday.. 3 weeks I had full cardiac package- ecg, echo, tmt- all gud... I remember my gastro telling me that it has to sumthing wid nerves origin of these organs.. Having been to ER for 10 times n everytime ecg being normal I strongly believe it is gastric pain related to IBS but the medicines like ARORAB, equiset are not working so more confusing Plz give ur opinion on it.. also note that my endoscopy done last year was normal.. is it some rare disease
