Inflammation in urethra and anus

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Since passing the stool in the morning, I was feeling slight inflammation / pain in the anus. However, by the evening it grew little more. At evening I started feeling inflammation both in the urethra and anus. I feel urge to pass urine and stool but nothing comes. I touch the end part of the anus and it seems little part of it is hard and swollen. The stool i pass in the morning was normal.

Pls remedy a surgeon immediately. If there is a sudden pain and swelling in the region, you need to get evaluated and correctly treated.
