Hv constipation While passing the stool the first part is hard so it hurts n can feel a sharp pain near the anus then the blood flow starts. Also feels d pain smtm while sitting during the day I can feel a small mass of flesh protruding near the anus which pains a bit

history is suggestive of anal fissure. needs local examination for confirmation of diagnosis. sitz bath, lignocaine jelly and diltiazem ointment may be beneficial, along with high fiber diet, and fiber supplement for constipation.
