I had loose motion several times since morning ,and feeling like vomittingnow in the evening I'm down with fever .

Take ORS ,plenty of oral fluids Tblet Pan D 20mg half hr bfre breaskfast and diner If nt setld in 2 to 3 days,cnsult doctor
