Why does my stomach gets burning after 2 hours of eat whatever dinner or lunch or breakfast...it's nearly 3 month ongoing

Hello Dr, I have been facing white foam vomiting for over 5 years. I thought it was just acid reflux but it isn't and also taken medication for migraine as suggested by doctor , but nothing is working. Now I'm hoping to help from you ! Symptoms: Headache (right side middle ) Full weakness ( both hand and legs nervous  are starving for energy ) Slight stomach pain White foamy vomiting.

Done LFT two weeks ago. ALP -460. I have fatty liver. Could you please advise on this. Is it OK or need to get treatment. I have also right side chest tightness. If I stand or sit continuously, I can feel right side chest tightness.

I have eaten somasa in the morning and a started having acidity and indigestion. I'm also suffering from diarrhoea. Please suggest me some home remedy to get instant relief. Or can I take Apple Cider Vinegar??

Dear Sir/Mam , From past few days I noticed very tiny small red dots and small dark solid pieces in my poop, I have been facing issue of not emptying my bowel completely feel like something is left and feel like pooping every time I eat from past 3 years with Lot of gas passing,I took advice from my doctor 3 years back he said it's IBS, my poop also comes out in pieces not in long form its soft blobs kind with normal colour . I don't have any other issue no pain , I eat well , I exercise walk daily but seeing red black dots in my poop is disturbing me I am very frightened and depressed, I also have skin allergy which I think is psoriasis which comes and goes on itself. Please help me suggest me. I am attaching a pic of my poop for u to examine. Thanking you

After every meal food comes to throat causing irritation in throat and some times cough . liver function and urine test with ultrasound of whole abdomen done which were normal except mild fatty liver which the physical also physical examined and said normal also no stomach pain.taking antacids for 6 weeks . Only problem now persists of food coming to throat.

Hello, i want to ask something about high bilirubin. In short, i use to drink beer for the last 1-1,5-2 years (3 bottles a day, 0,5L 5% alcohol each, for 5 days a week). In 26 August i make my blood tests. Sgpt, Sgot, Ggt and all the other parameters were very Ok but total bilirubun was high, 1,83 mg/dL with direct bilirubin(conjugated) 0,62 mg/dL and indirect bilirubin(unconjugated) 1,21 mg/dL. I was waiting  high bilirubin because i have Gilbert Syndrome but  the indirect bilirubin to be high not the direct bilirubin. So i decided to cut off drinking and make the exams after 1 month. In this month i took milk thistle too. In 26 September i remake the blood tests. Direct bilirubin was again high, 0,58 mg/dL with indirect being 1,11 mg/dL. I was told that in some cases Gilbert Syndrome can higher direct bilirubin too. Now i want to ask, can i drink some light beer 3,5-3,8% alcohol within the barrier of 12-13 UK unit per week. 3-4 days a week with no more than 3-4 units per day?Thanks

Hi doctor I am conceive and now 9th month I am suffering from severe backpain because of gastric problem. Kindly help me with good resolution. Daily I m taking gaviscon syrup but not yet reducing. I couldn't even stand for some time because of the backbone pain. Plz explain me the diet and reason. My delivery date is October 28. This late night I had a lot of emergency because of severe backbone pain.
