Gurgling sound in whole abdomen
Hi,
I have been feeling gurgling sound in whole upper abdomen and below chest region. I also burp a lot and after burping gurgling sound comes from throat. I have tightness in upper abdomen and shortness of breath. I have been passing more gas than before. I also have pain around belly button. I also feel weakness all the time. Got ct scan done but everything is normal. I have been suffering from this from past one month. Please let me know how to cure this.
