  4. LPR at night. At night , what is do?

I got  fundoplication surgery 1 year ago ,but now i have Reflux at night which caused chronic sore throat ,lungs inflamation and sinus problem ,again yesterday i got endoscopy and doctor told me your wrap is loose a little bit ,he advised me to take aciloc (ranitidine ) life long at night ,what is do?

Continue with aciloc If not control add pantocid in morning
