Bile reflux gastritis
I have been suffering from gastritis caused by bile reflux for the last 6 months, it is not healing .For the last 15 days , I have also been experiencing mild pain on the left upper side of my abdomen .Ppi are  not helping at all and I frequently recurrent burping.

Change life style n diet plan drastically first. Nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH  two times.  Meftal spas ds two times a day after food for five days. Mucain gel10 ml without water nothing by mouth till 30min can be taken 3to4 times.

PPI doesn't effective alone in your case, you need to add on drugs like UDCA .please consult me on practo for further management.
